Route Details
This is an east-west circular route combined with the 745 running in Maple Ridge, This route is the southern half of the circular service. Service runs daily every hour on weekdays, increasing to every 30 minutes during peak hours. During the morning peak hour, service is further increased to every 5–30 minutes in the Haney Place direction and during the afternoon peak hour, service is further increased to every 3–30 minutes towards Albion.
Eastbound trips depart Haney Place heading north on Edge Street, west on Dewdney Trunk Road, south on 222nd Street becoming Haney Bypass, north on 225th Street, east on 116th Avenue, south on Lougheed Highway, east on Tamarack Lane, west on 105th Avenue, south on Lougheed Highway, north on 240th Street, east on 102nd Avenue, north on Jackson Road to 103rd Avenue, where it continues as a 745 Haney Place.
Westbound trips come off of a 745 Cottonwood and depart from Jackson Road & 103rd Avenue heading south on Jackson, west on 102nd Avenue, south on 240th Street, north on Lougheed Highway, east on 105th Avenue, west on Tamarack Lane, north on Lougheed Highway, west on 116th Avenue, south on 225th Street, north on the Haney Bypass becoming 222nd Street, east on Dewdney Trunk Road, and south on Edge Street to Haney Place.
During peak hours, trips go via Port Haney Station. Trips go via regular route to Haney Bypass, south on 223rd Street, east on River Road, north on 227th Street, then via regular route.
One weekday morning trip going towards Haney Place takes an alternate routing and from Jackson & 103rd goes via regular route to Lougheed Highway & Kanaka Way, then east on Kanaka Way, north on Gilker Hill Road becoming 236th Street, east on 116th Avenue, north on Creekside Street becoming 238B Street, west on Dewdney Trunk Road, south on 232nd Street, west on 116th Avenue, north on Lougheed Highway, north on 226th Street to Haney Place.

History
- September 2004 - Service introduced as C46 Haney Place/Albion, a counterclockwise circular service combined with the C45, replacing portions of the 722 Whonnock/Haney Place
- April 2006 - Service revised to go via Port Haney Station during peak hours instead of during PM peak hours only[1]
- April 2008 - Service on Sundays and holidays introduced running every two hours[2]
- September 2010 - Introduction of the C46 Special, one weekday afternoon trip starting at Port Haney Station terminating at Planet Ice routing via River Road, Haney Bypass, 225th Street, 116th Avenue, Lougheed Highway, Tamarack Lane, 105th Avenue to 23400 Block on 105th Avenue
- January 2018 - C46 Special discontinued and revised to travel full Albion route from Port Haney Station to 104th Avenue & 245B Street
- June 2018 - Community Shuttle branding dissolved: Service renumbered from C46 to 746 and service restructured. The northeastern portion of the route replaced by the 745 Haney Place/Cottonwood and the southwestern portion of the C46 replaced by the 746 Haney Place/Albion.[3] Double-heading trips introduced during peak hours
- December 2018 - Introduction of one weekday morning trip towards Haney Place going via alternate routing
- April 2020 - All PM peak hour trips towards Albion revised to travel full route instead of select trips starting at Port Haney Station
