This is a north-south express route connecting the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal and Bridgeport Station in Richmond via Ladner Exchange. Service runs daily on a staggered schedule every hour timed to meet the ferries. Buses run in groups of two or three spaced out by approximately 5–15 minutes. Extra service run on Fridays and Sundays/holidays.
Northbound trips depart Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal heading east on Highway 17 becoming Highway 17A, west on Ladner Trunk Road south on Harvest Drive to Ladner Exchange. Continuing from Ladner Exchange, the route heads north on Harvest Drive, east on Ladner Trunk Road, north on Highway 17A, north on Highway 99, taking the Bridgeport Road exit, then head west on Bridgeport Road and north on Great Canadian Way to Bridgeport Station.
Southbound trips depart Bridgeport Station heading south on Great Canadian Way, east on Bridgeport Road, south on the bus lane on-ramp to access Highway 99 where it continues south, then south on Highway 17A, west on Ladner Trunk Road, south on Harvest Drive to Ladner Exchange. Continuing from Ladner Exchange, the route heads north on Harvest Drive, east on Ladner Trunk Road, south on Highway 17A becoming Highway 17 to Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal.
Additional service runs on Friday afternoons and evenings to meet increased pre-weekend travel demand.
There are additional seasonal trips from late April to early September to meet summer travel demand for the ferries. Midday service during this time is increased to every 30 minutes. Additional unscheduled trips are added as overloads to meet sudden spikes in travel demand for the ferries before, during and after long weekends, during the summer, and during special events (e.g. 2010 Olympics). These overloads may bypass Ladner Exchange.

September 2009 - Terminus from Airport Station relocated to Bridgeport Station with the opening of the Canada Line[3]
February 1–28, 2010 - Vancouver 2010 Olympic service: Introduction of an additional late-night trip to connect with the midnight ferry departing Tsawwassen towards Swartz Bay[4]
November 2015 - Service proposed to have fewer stops in both directions and to have all-door boarding at the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal and Bridgeport Station[5]
September 2016 - Select stops between Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal and Ladner Exchange removed for faster service[6]
October 2019 - Double-decker buses introduced
November 7, 2022 - Southbound routing revised to no longer take Sea Island Way. Service revised to use Bridgeport Road to access Highway 99 following the completion of the bus lane on-ramp
April 2023 - Introduction of an additional Saturday late-night trip to address overcrowding on the last northbound trip of the day from Tsawwassen Ferry
January 2025 - Last northbound departure at 2300 on weekends/holidays revised to run as a double-header with the introduction of an additional trip at 2305 on Saturdays and 2306 on Sundays/holidays to address late-night demand from the ferries
