N10 Brighouse Station/Downtown NightBus is a bus route operated by Coast Mountain Bus Company in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Route Details
This is a north-south NightBus route connecting Richmond–Brighouse Station and Downtown Vancouver, with select trips via Vancouver International Airport, running primarily on Granville Street. Service runs daily every 30 minutes during the late-night and early morning hours in lieu of regular Canada Line service and various Vancouver and Richmond bus services.
Northbound trips depart from Richmond–Brighouse Station heading north on No. 3 Road until No. 3 Road & Bridgeport Road. For trips bypassing YVR, the route heads west on Bridgeport Road. For trips via YVR, the route heads east on Bridgeport Road, north on Great Canadian Way until Bridgeport Station, then south on Great Canadian Way, and west on Bridgeport Road. For all trips, it crosses over the Middle Arm Bridge and then takes the exit onto Cessna Drive looping around the old Airport Station and onto Russ Baker Way. For trips bypassing YVR, the route continues north on Russ Baker Way. For trips via YVR, it heads west on Miller Road, north on Templeton Street, west on N. Service Road, south on Aviation Avenue, west on Grant McConachie Way looping around the airport then continues east on Grant McConachie Way, south on Miller Road where it continues east until Russ Baker Way. Then, all trips continue north on Russ Baker Way and onto Grant McConachie Way to cross the Arthur Liang Bridge, then west on SW Marine Drive, north on Granville Street and crossing the Granville Street Bridge, then north on Seymour Street to Seymour Street & W. Georgia Street.
Southbound trips depart from Seymour Street & W. Georgia Street and heads north on Seymour Street, west on W. Pender Street, south on Granville Street, west on W. Georgia Street, south on Howe Street and onto Granville Street crossing the Granville Street Bridge, then east on SW Marine Drive and onto the Arthur Liang Bridge, taking the Russ Baker Way exit where it continues south, then east on Miller Road. For trips bypassing YVR, the route continues east on Miller Road. Trips going via YVR loop around the old Airport Station then continue west on Miller Road, north on Templeton Street, west on N. Service Road, south on Aviation Avenue, west on Grant McConachie Way looping around the airport then continues east on Grant McConachie Way, south on Miller Road where it continues east until Russ Baker Way. For all trips, the route continues east on Miller Road using the bus-only access onto Sea Island Way crossing the Moray Bridge becoming Bridgeport Road. For trips that went via YVR, the route turns north on Great Canadian Way to Bridgeport Station then returns heading south on Great Canadian Way, west on Bridgeport Road until Bridgeport Road & No. 3 Road. Then, all trips head south on No. 3 Road until Richmond–Brighouse Station.
Vancouver International Airport is only serviced during the late-night hours daily, with the first three northbound and southbound trips going via Vancouver International Airport and Bridgeport Station. The remaining trips in the early morning hours daily bypass the airport, Sea Island and Bridgeport Station. The last two northbound trips on weekdays and Sundays/holidays short-turn at Granville Street & W. 71st Avenue.

History
- Pre-2001 - Service operated as portions of the Owl Service components of the 8 Granville/Fraser, 401 One Road/Garden City, 403 Richmond Centre/Three Road, and 410 22nd Street Station/Railway
- October 2001 - All Owl routes cancelled due to funding shortfall
- September 2004 - Service introduced to run until 3:10AM from Monday to Saturday[1]
- December 2004 - Sunday service introduced[2]
- April 2006 - Service rerouted due to construction of the Canada Line; service revised to operate northbound along Seymour and southbound along Howe and service on Granville Street in Downtown Vancouver discontinued; service to terminate at new bus bays on Howe between Georgia and Hastings instead of at Homer & Pender[3]
- August 2007 - Service rerouted to turn east on Cook Road to Cooney, Lansdowne and then Three Road during the construction of the Canada Line[4]
- September 2009 - Service increased daily with service extending into the early morning until the first Canada Line train departures. Introduction of select trips bypassing Vancouver International Airport running in the early morning
- December 2009 - Trips via Vancouver International Airport revised to service Bridgeport Station following requests from the public to provide connections to employment and leisure facilities in the Bridgeport area when the Canada Line is not running
- February 1–28, 2010 - Vancouver 2010 Olympic service: Introduction of additional trips to provide 24-hour service between Downtown Vancouver, Richmond and Vancouver International Airport[5]
- May 2017 - Service proposed to discontinue service to Vancouver International Airport to provide more direct service to Richmond[6]
- June 2018 - Consolidation of NightBus routes to the NightBus District at Vancouver City Centre Station results in downtown terminus moving from Howe & Dunsmuir to Seymour & Robson. Southbound routing revised to go via Seymour, Hastings, Granville, Georgia, Howe instead of via Howe and Granville
- January 2020 - Downtown terminus revised from Seymour & Robson to Seymour & W. Georgia with no changes in routing
- November 2020 - Completion of Brighouse Station Bus Mall results in terminus being moved from Anderson Road & No. 3 Road into Bus Mall and terminus routing revised to no longer take No. 3, Saba, Buswell, Anderson to terminus
- October 25, 2021 - Capstan Station construction: Northbound trips revised to go via Capstan Way, Sexsmith Road, and Bridgeport Road due to the closure of bus stops on No. 3 Road between Capstan Way and Bridgeport Road
- December 30, 2024 - Completion of Capstan Station construction. Northbound routing returns to No. 3 Road between Capstan Way and Bridgeport Road instead of going via Capstan Way, Sexsmith Road, and Bridgeport Road (or via Capstan Way, Sexsmith Road, Sea Island Way, No. 3 Road, and Bridgeport Road for airport trips)
