This is an east-west circular route combined with the 361 Ocean Park/White Rock Centre running in Surrey and White Rock, connecting the Peace Arch Hospital and White Rock Centre via Ocean Park. This route is the northern half of the circular service. Service runs daily every 30 minutes on weekdays and every hour on weekends/holidays.
Eastbound trips come off a 361 Ocean Park and depart from 17 Avenue & 128 Street heading east on 17 Avenue, south on 130 Street, west on 16 Avenue, north on Ocean Park Road becoming 124 Street, east on 25 Avenue, north on 128 Street, east on 26 Avenue to the Kiwanis Seniors Centre, where it turns around and continues west on 26 Avenue, south on 128 Street, east on 20 Avenue, south on 148 Street, east on 16 Avenue/North Bluff Road, south on Finlay Street, and west on Russell Avenue to Russell Avenue & Hospital Street.
Westbound trips depart from Russell Avenue & Hospital Street heading west on Russell Avenue, north on Best Street, west on 16 Avenue/North Bluff Road, north on 148 Street, west on 20 Avenue, north on 128 Street, east on 26 Avenue to the Kiwanis Seniors Centre, where it turns around and continues west on 26 Avenue, south on 128 Street, west on 25 Avenue, south on 124 Street becoming Ocean Park Road, east on 16 Avenue, and south on 128 Street to 128 Street & 16 Avenue where it continues as a 361 White Rock Centre.

September 2002 - Service introduced as C50 Ocean Park/Peace Arch Hospital, replacing portions of the 355 Ocean Park/White Rock Centre during the Community Shuttle service rollout in White Rock/South Surrey[1][2][3]
September 23, 2002 - Ocean Park trips revised to no longer route inside Semiahmoo Mall[4]
December 2002 - Service revised to operate via the Kiwanis Seniors Village in both directions. Ocean Park terminus revised from 16 Avenue FS 128 Street to 128 Street FS 16 Avenue, then route via 128 Street, 17 Avenue, 130 Street to provide service to the library and to address complaints from businesses that buses are occupying parking spaces
September 2005 - Route became bike rack equipped
September 2017 - Community Shuttle branding dissolved: Renumbered to 360 with no changes in routing, capacity, or frequency[5]
