Deployment & History

These buses are operated by Hamilton, with some units being operated by Transdev for shuttle routes in Langley and on Bowen Island. They can be found on any Hamilton-based Community Shuttle route, and on routes contracted to Transdev in Langley and on Bowen Island.

This batch was intended to replace the 18500-series batch of community shuttles, with 7 extra expansion units.

The first of these buses started arriving at Vancouver in early April 2024, with the first buses entering service later than month. They gradually entered service over the next year on an as needed basis, with the final units having entered service on March 25th, 2025.
