History
December 2006 - Community Shuttle service introduced as C2 Capitol Hill/Hastings at Gilmore[1] to replace the 137 Capitol Hill/Hastings. Terminus moves from Pender & Willingdon to MacDonald & Albert as part of the transition, which also ends direct service between Capitol Hill and Metrotown in the form of 130 To Hastings trips interlining with the 137 Capitol Hill and returning as a 137 Hastings to a 130 Metrotown Station. Service revised to interline with the C1 instead
September 2013 - Off-peak hour service reduced from every 30 minutes to every hour[2]
April 2018 - Community Shuttle branding dissolved: service renumbered to 132 with no changes in routing or frequency[3]
April 24–May 14, 2020 - Service suspended as part of cost-saving measures due to low ridership relating to the COVID-19 pandemic[4]
January 2025 - Various proposed long-term service changes as part of the Burrard Peninsula Area Transport Plan:[5]
Combine the service with the 131 to provide a single continuous bus route
As a combined bus route, the eastern terminus is proposed to be Kensington Square. Service along Hastings Street between Willingdon Avenue and Macdonald Avenue would be discontinued
