Service runs daily every hour on weekdays, increasing to every 30 minutes during peak hours. During the morning peak hour, service is further increased to every 5–30 minutes in the Haney Place direction and during the afternoon peak hour, service is further increased to every 3–30 minutes towards Albion. Westbound trips come off of a 745 Cottonwood and depart from Jackson Road & 103 Avenue heading south on Jackson Road, west on 102 Avenue, south on 240 Street, north on Lougheed Highway, east on 105 Avenue, west on Tamarack Lane, north on Lougheed Highway, west on 116 Avenue, south on 225 Street, north on the Haney Bypass becoming 222 Street, east on Dewdney Trunk Road, and south on Edge Street to Haney Place.
During peak hours, trips go via Port Haney Station. Trips go via regular route to Haney Bypass, south on 223 Street, east on River Road, north on 227 Street, then via regular route.
One weekday morning trip going towards Haney Place takes an alternate routing and from Jackson Road & 103 Avenue goes via regular route to Lougheed Highway & Kanaka Way, then east on Kanaka Way, north on Gilker Hill Road becoming 236 Street, east on 116 Avenue, north on Creekside Street becoming 238B Street, west on Dewdney Trunk Road, south on 232 Street, west on 116 Avenue, north on Lougheed Highway, north on 226 Street to Haney Place.
