Number of Branches | 1 |
Types of Buses Used | Classic, EZ Rider II/MAX , Orion VI |
Division | Miller (Markham) |
Routing Details
Buses start at Stouffville GO Station in the AM, circle Stouffville via Millard, 10th Line and Hoover Park and head express down 9th Line to end at Markham-Stouffville Hospital, where passengers transfer to route 1 or VIVA Purple to complete the trip to their respective school. In the PM, buses reverse the routing, following the same clockwise looping.
414 is a very unique school special; it is unique because not only does it not directly stop at or near the high school it serves the students of (forcing them to transfer to 1 or VIVA Purple), it also serves two different high schools on the same run. This is made possible because of the earlier point.
Vehicles
In the AM, buses are usually Classics or VIs, as the bus provides service on route 18 after. In the PM, a bus is pulled from route 9 so it will always be an EZ Rider II or MAX.
