Major Mackenzie West Terminal is a York Region Transit bus terminal located in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. It is located on the south side of Major Mackenzie Drive West, between Jane Street and Highway 400, on the site of Canada's Wonderland.
The terminal consists of two bus loops located on either side of Amusement Drive. The larger loop east of Amusement Drive contains eight platforms and the terminal building, while the loop on the west side contains four platforms.

A new dedicated bus terminal was planned to correspond with the development of Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital, located on the north side of Major Mackenzie across from the terminal. The new terminal also replaced a smaller bus terminal/loop in the parking lot of nearby Canada's Wonderland.
The new terminal began a phased opening on November 6, 2022, with YRT buses serving the western loop on an interim basis. As part of its opening, Routes 4 and 20 were rerouted to enter and serve the terminal via the various adjacent service roads, and the 720 and 760 were relocated from the old Wonderland terminal. The eastern loop and main concession building opened April 30, 2023, with all YRT services shifted to the eastern loop. GO Transit and other bus services operate from the western loop.
On January 7, 2024, route 165 was extended to serve the terminal.

Major Mackenzie West Terminal has 12 platforms, with platforms 1 to 8 located in the eastern loop, and platforms 9 to 12 in the western loop. The terminal is served by 6 YRT routes, and On-Request service. Additionally, 2 GO Transit routes serve the terminal during summer months.
