AM: This route starts at Markham-Stouffville Hospital, then heads via Ninth Line, Kenilworth Gate, Stoney Stanton Road, and Highway 7 to Bur Oak Avenue. It then goes north on Bur Oak Avenue to the school, diverting via Whites Hill Avenue, Cornell Rouge Boulevard, Morning Dove Drive, Cornell Centre Boulevard, 16th Avenue, and Bur Oak Avenue.
It continues past the school to serve Pierre Elliott Trudeau High School, and then proceeds north on Kennedy Road and west on Major Mackenzie Drive to Angus Glen Community Centre.
PM: Reverse routing.
Route 402 started service on September 8, 2015, replacing the school special trips and diversions on route 18.
