This service provided by-request pick-up and drop-off bound by the following area:

• North - Lake Simcoe
• East - Lake Ridge Road
• South - Smith Boulevard
• West - Highway 48/High Street/Dalton Road

As the route did not provide direct address-to-address service within the area, a terminus must include one of the following destinations:

• Black River Road and Dalton Road
• High Street and Dalton Road
• High Street and Burke Street
• Virginia Beach Ferry Docks
• Cronsberry Road and Highway 48
• Lake Ridge Road and Highway 48
• Georgina Fire Station

Service was provided on weekdays 7:00 AM to 10:45 PM, and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 7:45 PM.

History

• July 2, 2017 - New Dial-a-Ride service is introduced replacing conventional transit service on route 50A between Sutton and Pefferlaw during weekends and Holidays. Buses will serve all YRT stops previously served.

• 2018-2019 - New weekday service introduced replacing the service hours formerly operated by On-Request North.

• November 3, 2019 - As part of the transition to On-Request services, the Dial-a-Ride program was renamed to On-Request Sutton-Pefferlaw.

• June 30, 2024 - This service was merged with On-Request Keswick and On-Request North and to provide continuous service on On-Request North in northern East Gwillimbury and Georgina. As a result, On-Request Sutton-Pefferlaw was discontinued.
