History
- July 3, 2022 - Route introduced as 720 Highway 407 Terminal/Wonderland. It replaces additional Route 20 buses that had been operating in directional, limited-service express/shuttle service on weekends, implemented to handle seasonal Wonderland ridership that year.
- November 6, 2022 - Northern terminus shifted from Canada's Wonderland to the new Major Mackenzie West Terminal.
- January 7, 2024 - Renumbered and renamed to 320 Jane Express. New service hours are introduced every day to match the business hours of Vaughan Mills Mall.
