This service provided by-request pick-up and drop-off at any fixed address bound within the following area:

• North - Old Homestead Road/Ferncroft Drive
• East - Woodbine Avenue
• South - Ravenshoe Road
• West - Lake Simcoe

As address-to-address service was not permitted on this route, a terminus must include one of the following destinations:

• Simcoe Avenue and Metro Road
• Glenwoods Avenue and The Queensway South
• The Queensway South and Ravenshoe Road
• Keswick Marketplace
• Georgina Ice Palace
• Multi-use Recreation Complex (MURC)

Service was provided on weekdays 8:00 AM to 10:45 PM, and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 7:45 PM.

History

• September 1, 2019 - New On-Request service is introduced providing on-demand service to customers within the service area of route 51 during weekday off-peak periods (10AM to 1:45PM and 7PM to 10:45PM) and on Saturdays (8AM to 7:45PM).

• April 5, 2020 - Service hours expanded to operate during the weekday rush hours due to the temporary suspension of route 51. Weekday service will now operate from 8AM to 10:45PM.

• January 15, 2024 - The Multi-use Recreation Complex (MURC) on Woodbine Avenue is added as a pickup/drop-off location.

• June 30, 2024 - Service is merged with On-Request North and On-Request Sutton-Pefferlaw to provide continuous service on On-Request North in northern East Gwillimbury and Georgina. As a result, this service was discontinued.

As an On-Request service, there was no bus service. All services were provided by passenger vehicles with YRT markings.
