York Region Transit Pierre Elliott Trudeau School Specials
Pierre Elliott Trudeau High School is a secondary school located at 90 Bur Oak Ave., east of Kennedy Rd., in Markham ON. It is directly served by 3 routes (1 of them a school special). Since the school is home to the French-immersion Program, it draws students from outside the school boundaries as well as inside their own boundary.
Regular trips serve the high school.
AM: Three morning school special trips originate from Markham-Stouffville Hospital, one diverting via Grand Cornell, one via White's Hill Ave. and Cornell Centre Blvd., and the third one via regular routing. All trips serve Bur Oak Secondary School before serving this school.
PM: An afternoon school special trip originates from Angus Glen Community Centre, going via White's Hill Ave. and Cornell Centre Blvd. to the hospital. This trip also meets the afternoon bell for Bur Oak Secondary School, although they have two additional trips ahead and one behind this trip for the student loads.

The Cachet and Cathedraltown neighbourhoods were originally served by school buses. However, the school board cancelled school buses to that area in the 2009 school season, necessitating the introduction of route 418.
Route 418 originally only provided service up to Woodbine Ave. and Rodick Rd. It was extended to the Cathedraltown neighbourhood for the 2012 school season, with extra trips added to accommodate the increased demand for this route. The 2013 school season had the routing modified to go down Kennedy Rd. instead of Warden Ave. due to the ongoing Warden Avenue Road Improvements.
