History

- September 5, 2004 - Route is introduced as a rush hour-only route. It had been operating the same since YRT inherited it from Newmarket Transit.
- September 3, 2006 - Limited service through the Gateway and Stonehaven subdivisions, and service to 404 Town Centre via Stonehaven Avenue and Leslie Street is replaced by route 222. The route now primarily serves Indsutrial Parkway.
- July 1, 2012 - The route number and name is discontinued as the route is merged with route 31.
