Clarkson GO Station is a GO Transit train station located in Mississauga, ON. It is located west of Southdown Rd., between Royal Windsor Dr. and Bromsgrove Rd.

One station platform is located between the northern and middle tracks, while the other is located on the south side of the southern main tracks. Both platforms are connected through an underground walkway at the west end of the platforms to the north parking lots and the station building on the south side of the tracks. Another walkway is at the east end of the platforms, and connects to the north parking lot and the bus loop on the south side. The bus loop is accessed directly from Southdown, and a pedestrian walkway connects westwards to the main parking lot. The Passenger Pick-up/Drop-off is east of the main station building, with the parking lot expanding south from it.
