Timeline

• February 21, 2022 - Route 18 'McLaughlin-Derry' is introduced. The route operates between Sheridan College and Hurontario & 407 Park and Ride and will provide supplemental service along McLaughlin Road north of Derry Road.

• January 2, 2023 - Route extended east along Derry Road to Westwood Square Bus Terminal replacing branch 42A Derry service. Route 18 will no longer service the Hurontario & 407 Park and Ride.

• July 1, 2024 - As part of a MiWay initiative to simplify the route naming convention, the route is renamed 'Derry' from 'McLaughlin-Derry'.
