General
Route 90 provides service within the Meadowvale community, connecting to Meadowvale Town Centre Bus Terminal. It also serves Meadowvale GO Station.
East of Meadowvale Town Centre, route 90 provides service to the Copenhagen area via Montevideo Road, looping using Derry Road and Copenhagen Road. Routing to the west provides service to the Terragar area via Winston Churchill Boulevard and Derry Road, looping using Rosehurst Drive and Terragar Boulevard.

Service operates Monday to Saturday with weekday rush hour frequency of 20 minutes; weekday midday and evening frequency of 35 minutes, Saturday frequency of 35 minutes.
- December 12, 2011 - Route designated as accessible, with low floor buses used at all times.
- September 6, 2021 - Saturday service is eliminated due to low customer demand.
