General
Route 30 operates between Westwood Square Bus Terminal and Rexdale Boulevard and Islington Avenue. It also serves Malton GO Station.
The route primarily serves the residential area of Malton west of Goreway Drive, as well as Rexdale Boulevard to Islington Avenue. It provides service to the Malton neighborhood of Mississauga, as well as the Rexdale area of Toronto.

Timeline
- December 6, 2004 - Weekday evening frequency after 8:00pm reduced to 60 minutes from 30 minutes.
- September 6, 2005 - Route renamed 30 'Woodbine' from 30 'Malton West'.
- October 10, 2005 - Route designated as accessible, with low floor buses used at all times.
- Prior to July 1, 2019 - Route operates during weekday off peak (midday and evening) and Saturday (all day).
- July 1, 2019 - Route renamed 30 'Rexdale' from 30 'Woodbine'. Route extended east on Rexdale Boulevard to Islington Avenue, replacing route 12 which is eliminated. Service operates all day Monday-Saturday. Due to the closure of Hull Street between Airport Road and Derry Road East, buses will temporarily divert both ways via Airport Road and Derry Road East to route.
- August 4, 2020 - Route is revised to permanently operate both ways via Airport Road and Derry Road East. Service will no longer use Hull Street between Airport Road and Derry Road East.
