Aldershot GO Station is a GO Transit train station in Burlington, Ontario, Canada, located at 1199 Waterdown Road. The station is situated east of Waterdown Road, and south of Highway 403.

The station platforms are located along the main southern tracks. The first platform is on the north side of the northern main track, with another platform between the middle tracks, and another platform on the south side of the southern track. These platforms are connected via underground walkways west of the middle of the platforms to the main station building on the north side, and on the eastern end of the platforms to the south parking lot. The bus loop is located west of the station building, a Passenger Pick-up/Drop-off to the north, and the north parking lot extending north and far east. On the south side, there is another Passenger Pick-up/Drop-off outside the tunnel entrance.

History

Aldershot opened in the early 1990s in order to relieve Burlington GO, and extend train service closer to Hamilton without the capacity restrictions on the track leading to Hamilton GO Centre. All-day train service was extended from Burlington in 2006 by utilizing extra layover time.

In 2011, a new fueling station opened at Aldershot, which allows the midday trains to refuel at the station while turning around. This eliminates the need for midday trains to be switched off in order to refuel at Willowbrook, and can stay out until the end of service.
