MiWay 1730-1766 are Nova Bus LFS buses built and delivered in 2017.

In October 2016, a tender was issued for up to 52 40' low floor diesel buses. New Flyer and Nova Bus responded to the tender as follows:

With Nova Bus having the lowest bid, they were awarded the contract for 49 buses in December 2016. 37 buses (1730-1766) were delivered in 2017 and 12 buses (1801-1812) were delivered in 2018.

Delivery began in September 2017, and the buses began entering service on December 27, 2017.

The interior features 34 passenger seats with Holdsworth Fabrics grey-base Wiggles & Rings moquette. 29 seats are 4ONE Gemini, while 5 seats are molded American Seating InSight seats. A folding wheelchair ramp is located at the front door of the bus. Rear doors are passenger operated using a wave sensor system. All windows are traditionally glazed and of the tip-in transom design. Heating, ventilation, and cooling are provided by a roof-mounted Mobile Climate Control unit.

Beginning in 2020, all buses in this series had the seating layout in the low floor section modified to increase standing capacity by replacing double seats along the driver side low floor section with single seats. Beginning in 2022, all buses in the MiWay fleet had unprotected forward facing seats blocked off or removed. These changes reduced the seating capacity from 34 to 29 seats.
