This route provides service on St. Clair Avenue East between Warden Avenue and Kingston Road, Kingston Road between St. Clair Avenue East and Markham Road, and Markham Road between Kingston Road and Steeles Avenue East. The route also services Progress Avenue between Markham Road and Sheppard Avenue East and the Centennial College Progress Campus. Its northern terminal is Steeles Avenue East and the southern terminal is Warden Station for its one branch, 902. Service on this route is provided during the daytime on weekdays only.

- September 2, 2018 - Route introduced as part of the TTC's Express Network providing express service along route 102 Markham Rd
. Operated from Birchmount Division.
- March 23, 2020 - Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the re-allocation of service to busier routes, service is suspended until further notice.
- November 23, 2020 - Due to increasing demand, full pre-pandemic service is restored.
- March 28, 2021 - This route was transferred to Malvern upon the opening of the brand new McNicoll Division.
- May 7, 2023 - Service is extended north from Sheppard Avenue East to Steeles Avenue East looping via Tapscott Road, Passmore Avenue, and Morningside Avenue.
- May 12, 2024 - Route converted to articulated bus operation.
