This route provides express service along Lawrence Avenue West west of Yonge Street and Dixon Road to Pearson International Airport making limited stops along the route at major intersections only. The eastern terminal is Lawrence Station and the western terminal is Pearson Airport for its one branch, 952. This route operates during the weekday rush hours only.

History
- October 7, 2018 - Route introduced as part of the TTC's express network providing express service along local route 52 Lawrence West
.
- March 23, 2020 - Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the re-allocation of service to busier routes, service is suspended until further notice.
- November 23, 2020 - Full service is restored.
- January 4, 2021 - New express stops added in both directions at Airport Road and Jetliner Road.
- March 28, 2021 - This route was transferred to Arrow Rd. upon the opening of the brand new McNicoll Division.
- November 19, 2023 - Due to accessibility upgrades in the Lawrence Station bus terminal requiring its full closure, service is temporarily extended to terminate at Eglinton Station via Avenue Road and Eglinton Avenue West. Service will operate express east of Lawrence Avenue West/Avenue Road.
