History
- September 6, 2015 - Route was renumbered from 321 to 395 to be consistent with its daytime route. Service re-routed to operate via Meadowvale Road to Meadowvale Loop at Sheppard Avenue East. Service on Neilson Road is replaced by the revised 334 Eglinton East
