Queen's Park Station is a rapid transit station operated by the Toronto Transit Commission in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located at 129 College Street at the intersection of College Street and University Avenue.
The station architecture is comprised of three levels: street entrance level, an underground concourse level, and platform level.
There are a total of five entrances for this subway station. Entrances are located at:
- Northeast corner of College/University (covered building with stairs and an elevator)
- Southeast corner of College/University (covered building with stairs)
- Northwest corner of College/University (open sidewalk staircase)
- Southwest corner of College/University (covered building with stairs and escalators)
- 661 University Avenue (MaRS Building)
There is no access to the MaRS Building station entrance between 9pm and 7am.
In the fare-paid area of the concourse level, a ceramic mural, which was a gift from the Government of Portugal, is displayed. It was installed in 2003 after The Commission approved its installation. The station was built in a bored tunnel as evident of its tubular shape when viewing from platform level. There are passageways between the northbound and southbound platforms at the middle of the length of the platform. There are escalators, stairs and an elevator between concourse and platform level.
The station has no bus terminal so the connection to 5 Avenue Rd and 142 Downtown/Avenue Rd Express can be made at the bus stop on Queen's Park Crescent East, just north of the northeast station entrance. Connections to 306 Carlton and 506 Carlton streetcars can be made just outside the northeast and southwest station entrances. A transfer is required.
