During the AM rush (before 9:00am) on weekdays, it loops counter-clockwise via Brimley Road South, Barkdene Hills, Brooklawn Avenue, St. Clair Avenue East and Kingston Road. After 9:00am on weekdays, it loops clockwise via Brimley Road, St.Clair Avenue East, Brooklawn Avenue, Barkdene Hills and Brimley Road South. This branch operate during the weekdays from early morning until late evening.
Branch 12B follows the same route as branch 12 up to Brimley Road. From there, it operates north on Brimley Road, and west on Eglinton Avenue East to Kennedy Station. This branch operates from early morning until 1:00 AM every day.
