History
- November 24, 2002 - With the opening of the new Sheppard subway, buses now operate to Don Mills Station instead of Sheppard-Yonge Station. Express branch 10E is eliminated and local branch 10A is redesignated 10. All service will operate on the local branch 10 to Victoria Park.
- November 23, 2008 - Service reduced to rush hours on weekdays only. Off-peak service provided by the new 169A Huntingwood branch. Moved to Wilson Division.
- November 22, 2009 - Route made accessible and bike rack equipped.
- May 8, 2011 - Due to service cuts on the 169A Huntingwood branch, service on this route is restored after 10pm on weekdays, after 7pm on Saturdays, and during the daytime on Sundays and Holidays.
- September 6, 2015 - Weekday late evening, Saturday evening, and all day Sunday and Holiday service on the 169A Huntingwood branch is restored. Service on 10 Van Horne is reverted to only operate during rush hours.
- March 28, 2021 - This route was transferred to the brand new McNicoll Division.
