It also provides service along York Mills Road between Yonge Street and Leslie Street. Its western terminal is York Mills Station and the eastern terminal is Leslie Street for its one branch, 115.

- November 23, 2008 - Route service extended to 1:00am every day.
- August 2, 2009 - Route made accessible and bike rack equipped.
- May 8, 2011 - Due to system-wide service cuts, service is removed after 10pm every day.
- March 28, 2021 - This route was transferred to the brand new McNicoll Division.
- March 26, 2023 - Weekend service will now be interlined with route 78 St. Andrews
. As a result, the route is moved to Wilson Division.
- November 19, 2023 - Route is moved to Arrow Road Division.
- March 31, 2024 - Route is now interlined with 78 St. Andrews during all service periods this route operates.
