- Route 38 modified to permanently travel (the route was on detour there for several weeks before) to Lisgar GO Station, after the Wal-Mart Loop was removed. Weekday peak frequency to 21 minutes, weekday midday frequency to 36 minutes, and weekday evening frequency to 46 minutes. Northbound PM peak trips now meet GO trains outside Erindale GO Station
- Route 42 Sunday service becomes the same as Monday-Saturday
- The 7:25AM eastbound trip now departs at 7:22AM on route 64

- Route 11 Westwood now routed via Highway 27 and Rexdale Boulevard on all trips, and new branch 11B Westwood-Nashua (AM Peak northbound, PM Peak southbound) added
- New route: 41 Thomas (Weekday Off-peak, Weekends) connecting Churchill Meadows to Erin Mills Town Centre via Thomas Street, with branch 41A (Weekday Peak) travelling to Streetsville GO Station
- New weekday evening service on route 43 Speakman
- New route: 46 Tenth Line (Weekday Train-Meet) connecting Lisgar GO Station to Erin Mills TC via Tenth Line
- Route 49 McDowell and branch 49A McDowell-Streetsville GO modified. Route 41 covers areas no longer served by route 49
- Route 66 McLaughlin modified to travel west on Rathburn Road out of the CCTT, then north on Confederation Parkway using the new bridge over Highway 403. As a result of the shortened trip, the frequency is improved
- Revised AM peak departure times on route 110
- All school routes (301-312, 314-318, 328 and 334) return, along with new routes 321 Stephen Lewis SS and 322 St. Joan of Arc SS

- 0826 hit by a Stock school bus at Bloor Street and Dixie Road while on route 3. Only the driver of the school bus was seriously injured; the transit operator and eleven Mississauga Transit passengers escaped with only minor injuries

- The City of Mississauga introduces a new identity for Mississauga Transit, miWay. This comes in anticipation of branded services for express and bus rapid transit and local routes known as miexpress and milocal, respectively. The new visual identity will officially launch on October 4, 2010.[1] All new buses and buses that are scheduled to be serviced will incorporate the new identity and paint scheme.
