Route 82 operated between Islington Subway Station and Argentia Road at Creditview Road, providing service to the Meadowvale Business Park area. Service was provided during weekday rush hour periods, operating westbound to the Meadowvale Business Park area in the AM and eastbound to Islington Subway Station in the PM.

Timeline

• September 6, 2005 - Route extended from the current end point (Syntex Drive at Derry Road). Route 82 is extended to to Argentia Road at Creditview Road via Derry Road and Argentia Road. Route 82A 'Financial-Meadowvale' is introduced and operates to Meadowvale Town Centre via Derry Road and Glen Erin Drive.
• January 25, 2011 - Route 82A is eliminated, with all buses serving route 82.
• July 2, 2012 - Route designated as accessible, with low floor buses used at all times.
• September 2, 2013 - Route 82 is eliminated, being replaced by the new route 108.
