Calgary Transit route 100 Airport / Saddletowne Station is a route in the north east part of the city of Calgary.
The route starts at Saddletowne C-Train station then runs along 88th Ave until it turns onto Airport Trail and utilizes the airport tunnel, The route then goes up north on Barlow Trail, onto Country Hills Boulevard and up to North Pointe terminal.
The route was formerly interlined with Calgary Transit route 95 'Westwinds Business Park'.
