bus_7246
There were a slew of buses in the western corner beside the retired hybrids. 7592, 7706, 7814, w160, 7419 & 7403 were surrounding the dead 'brids. 1138 is also in collision repair, along with 7960 beside it.

A major collision repair takes anywhere from 3 to 15 months. 7592 and 7706 is probably alive. Considering they are going to retire this or next year, there's a chance they won't ever see service again. BTW, the new service summary lists 477 active. The 5 that retire. That must mean 7403, 7807 and 7814 are dead. What are the other two? 7419?

It was a bit busy around that time when I was there, so I couldn't get a shot of the VISION demo on that bus. But 7419, if you take a good look at the photo, took a rear driver's side hit. The bent post is too a lot of work to remove the radiator and the engine to repair for a bus of its age. It's fate at that states unknown.

Considering how many of those 8100's (and to an extent, the 8200's) have been at Hillcrest, they'd come back in the new livery. I'd suppose that one would be in those new colours, unless otherwise mentioned.
