I believe they all arrived in mid or late December. That was the plan with the PTIF funds paying for them. The new livery is for the next batches. Any of the three are unusual to display like that, but the Canada one is most interesting (as the federal level does not normally contribute to new bus purchases). Would this mean 8620 is considered to be part of the order of buses purchased with PTIF funding, or is it more to do with federal gas tax contributions?
