Route Details
This route primarily services Coolidge Highway between Doyle Drive and Golfview Drive, Big Beaver Road between Lakeview Drive and Livernois Road, Livernois Road between Big Beaver Road and Maple Road, Main Street between Maple Road and 11 Mile Road and 11 Mile Road between Main Street and Sherman Drive. This trip also services the Troy Transit Center, Somerset Collection and the Royal Oak Transit Center. Service on this route is provided during peak/rush hours on weekdays only. Select school-day trips service Royal Oak Middle and High Schools.
History
- November 27, 2006 - Midday service is eliminated.
- April 4, 2016 - Route is extended from Somerset Collection to the Troy Transit Center.
- December 6, 2016 - Service to the Troy Transit Center is temporarily suspended due to a dispute between the owners and the city. A free shuttle service operated by the city in conjunction with SMART was operated in place.
- June 19, 2017 - Service to the Troy Transit Center resumed.
