This route services Masonic Boulevard between the Macomb Mall Hub and East Jefferson Avenue, East Jefferson Avenue between Masonic Boulevard and 9 Mile Road, 9 Mile Road between East Jefferson Avenue and Greater Mack Avenue, Greater Mack Avenue between 9 Mile Road and 8 Mile Road and Mack Avenue between 8 Mile Road and Moross Road.
- January 17, 1989 - Service carried on by SMART.
- September 3, 2007 - Direct service to Eastland Center at all times is eliminated. Southbound trips begin using Saint Antoine Street to enter downtown Detroit.
- December 12, 2011 - Due to systemwide service cuts, service south of Moross Road is eliminated and Saturday service is also eliminated. In addition to these eliminations, this route is renamed 615 Jefferson and changed from a Main Corridor Route to a Community Route.
