The New Flyer Industries XE35 is battery-electric transit buses from New Flyer's Xcelsior line. On a full charge, the bus has a range of up to 314 kilometres (195 miles). The XE35 can be charged enroute with an OppCharge-compliant rapid charger or for extended down periods with a Combined Charging System plug-in charger. Both systems are supplied by Siemens.

New Flyer had developed the XE35 by February 2018 and showcased it at their Vehicle Innovation Center in Anniston, Alabama. The New Flyer XE35 began its demonstration rounds with DASH in March 2018. DASH had previously trialed the XE40 in February.
