On another train with 5713 in the middle, the door man was operating from car 4 which IS 5713, instead of car 5.

I had to tango with a homeless person one day as part of my job in security. stinky guy. anyways, on the way home it had been a very long day and I relaxed into the seat beside the guard. I heard him pick up the phone and say "I'm moving to the next car, there's a... guy who smells like piss".

I almost told him to F-off. but decided to keep my mouth shut.

anyways he moved to the next car and gave me a strange look when I got off at st.george. I guess he expected me to fit into his pre-judgements and I did not.

Anyways has anyone recently seen either 2402, 2404 or 2407 at wilson divison cause it's been a while since i spotted them. Does anyone knows if any gm's are sent to malvern in record since may cause a lot of them like disapeared.

Hehe... you guys are lucky that at least they send 40 footers on 18... last year (when I was at Trudeau for summer school) they had ELDORADOS that actually left people at the curb. That was not comfortable. Email YRT, last year I did the same thing, and they changed all 18 buses to 40ft and created a special run (40ft, usually a D40LF or V) just for us.

I STRONGLY recommend you email them.

Well the VI can pick everyone up, so I'm fine with that. Plus, I'm not taking 18!

You can see the building if you look down the train tracks that pass under Jane just north of Weston Rd. I saw part of the building on Friday when I looked down the tracks and it looked finished.

I saw a Viva AG300 deadheading south on Bayview. Never seen a Viva on Bayview expect for diversions. (as in my avatar I edited )

BTW: Anyone at finch tommorow around 2-3 PM? I'm heading down to the Yorkdale Apple Store for a free training session on my new MacBook Pro. I also might buy some Billabong stuff since they have a store there (and there is a sale I think)

* I saw 7695 earlier in the day around 3:45ish heading south on 35 but around 6:00 I saw it parked on the northbound side of Jane with "Sorry... Not In Service" on it's sign and it's 4-way flashers on, there was nobody on the bus except the driver.

** Around 5:50 to 6:10ish I had a pretty entertaining ride on 35 Jane. I was waiting for a southbound bus just north of Lawrence and 7622 showed up as a 35S to Eglinton, I let it pass and then the bus behind it was a 35S so I let that one pass, 7683 was the next bus, it was a regular 35 so I got on. While I was getting on 7683 I could see 3 buses behind it. As we went down Jane around Trethewey 7600, the bus behind us, passed us. Once we reached Weston 7600 changed it's sign to 35S. So when we reached Eglinton we stopped at a red light and you could see all the people from 7622 & 7600 and the other 76XX that was short turned finish crossing Eglinton to get to the southbound Jane farside stop, some people didn't even make it across and had to wait on the median in the middle of Eglinton Ave. West. As we waited at the light my driver opened the front doors and started talking to the driver on 7600 saying that the dispatcher (a female) short turned 4 buses in front of him and how crazy and unbelievable it was. When the light turned green 7600 turned west on Eglinton (I'm guessing they use the 32D loop via Emmett) and we pulled up to the farside stop, he only let on about 10 people and closed the doors, the bus was packed. The passenger load got less by the time we reached St Clair where the driver said "Awww no", he said because waiting at the St. Clair bus stop was a wheelchair customer, everybody had to move all the way to the back and the wheelchair got on. After that it was more easier, there was more standing space around Annette and we finnally made it to Jane Station. That ride was fun though with all those things happening.
