Toronto Transit Commission 6640-6745 are Orion 05.501 built and delivered between 1991 and 1992.
These vehicles had 25 CNG counterparts, numbered 9370-9394. They were retired due after extensive frame problems were discovered, which is why they remained unrebuilt and as a result retired. The diesel models also happened to be the last non-accessible buses the TTC purchased, and all further orders were to come equipped with either lifts or ramps for wheelchairs.

Additional Notes
- For whatever reason, buses 6700 and 6706 were never moved from Birchmount to Queensway when 6701-6705 and 6707-6745 were transfered to Queensway.
- With the arrival of more 80xx at Queensway in late 2007, 6701-6705 and 6707-6719 were moved back to Birchmount to replace retired Classics.
- 6675 and 6693 have been retired because of structural problems.
