*-Motorwoman accidentally shifted 5849 back to lead car position at Kipling Station and got stuck on the train after taking the car back to tail car position. The operator at the other end of the train was in a hurry to get out of Kipling Station before she got off the train as her shift ended with a relief door guard. The motorwoman had to get off at Islington after the ordeal and the mechanic was sitting in 5849's cab till the train approached Jane and that's when he got off as well.

1099-Engine made funny noises before the driver shut off the bus and tried to revive it, but it failed after 2 attempts. This happened at 2:05 that afternoon while it was at the UTSC bus bay operating on 38A Highland Creek to that location.
