No, not safe for the moment Thing is that the fire station is 30 seconds away from the fire, so firefighters were probably quick to arrive on scene and that may have kept the bus frame in good shape. West Island Transit Fan Posted March 12, 2019 Report Share Posted March 12, 2019 I took 29-053 on the 411 this morning. It has a distinct transmission wine. My usual 411, 491-26, was cancelled for the first time today. It's an AM-PM rush run so the chance of it being cancelled is very low. Perhaps there was a mechanical problem with the bus. Only the initial 411 round trip of this run was cancelled (the AM rush portion of this run), the 10:07 491-E got its bus. I took LS 24-294 on the 419 this afternoon. It has all fabric seats except for the seat bottom of the inner window seat right behind the rear door, which is still in the original blue material. 24-294 was later tracking on the 215I, so this 419 run (419-16) does that after it finishes the 419. The 16:07 419-E (419-15) had a bus for the first time since February 25. Other than that though, AM rush is still a huge mess with the 5 usual cancellations (6:10, 7:18, 7:25, 7:30, 7:39 from Fariview). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

He got yelled at by the driver and several passengers, so it didn't last long. - I also took 30-239 on the 90-E this morning, running out of LS. Anyway, a friend drove 21843 on the 43 yesterday! 21904 has recently joined service... but it has already broken down. So much for the newest buses being in the best mechanical shape.
