Yes all 8390-8395 are currently in rebuild.

The 2011-2012 3Gs are getting rebuilt? Sorry if I'm late. I new here.

Also, when do you think the last of the Orion VIIs will be retired? Circa 2025? Looks like NY MTA/NICE might be aiming for that time frame.

Yes. 8300-8334 are rebuilt and 35-96 are being done now.

What does the overhauls include? Suspension work, Engine component upgrades, new paint jobs, etc?

Engine work, new paint (LFLRV), new floor, new seat inserts and a bunch of otherminor stuff

For the 3G rebuilds, the highest # rebuild so far is 8375 I believe. But 8390-8395 are being rebuilt right now so as soon as they enter service they'll be the highest ones.
