Route Details
This route services Prince Edward Drive south of Bloor Street West. It also provides service on Park Lawn Road south of Berry Road, Stephen Drive south of Berry Road, and the Humber Bay Shores community along Marine Parade Drive. There is one northern terminal, which is Old Mill Station. Southern terminals include Humber Loop for 66A and Lake Shore Boulevard West for 66B.

History
- November 23, 2008 - Service on both branches are extended to operate until 1:00 AM every day. Branch 66D to Lake Shore is extended to serve the Humber Shores community along Marine Parade Drive. Buses will operate through Park Lawn Loop prior to looping via Marine Parade Drive.
- August 2, 2009 - Bike rack service is added.
- June 22, 2014 - Branch 66D to Lake Shore has been changed to 66B due to a system-wide reorganization of route branch designations.
Overnight Service
Overnight service is not provided, however, the route operates until 1:00 AM every day.
