This route mainly provides service on Calvington Drive, Forthbridge Crescent between Calvington Drive and Heathrow Drive, and Heathrow Drive west of Chesham Drive. Its eastern terminal is Wilson Station and the western terminal is Sheppard Avenue West and Jane Street for its one branch, 120.

History
- February 18, 2007 - Route made accessible with low-floor buses.
- August 31, 2008 - Route is made bike rack equipped.
- November 23, 2008 - Service extended to 1:00 am every day.
- May 8, 2011 - Due to system-wide service cuts, service is removed after 10pm every day.
- September 6, 2015 - Service after 10pm every day is restored.
- June 18, 2023 - Service no longer operates through the Ancaster neighbourhood as it is replaced with the new route 184 Ancaster Park. Buses now operate direct on Wilson Avenue.
