Toronto Transit Commission 4625-4674 were 1946 Pullman Standard PCC A-11 class all-electric streetcars, built new the Cleveland Transit System (Cleveland, Ohio). All were delivered to Cleveland in 1946. The cars were sold to the TTC in 1952 and delivered in 1952-1953 by railway flatcar to the TTC's Hillcrest Shops, where they were modified for service in Toronto, repainted, and assigned new numbers.

Nine of the TTC A-11 cars were sold back to the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority in 1978, for their Shaker Heights Rapid Transit (SHRT) interurban rail line operation. The cars only ran for a few years, and kept their old TTC numbers and paint while in service.

By 1982 most of the fleet was retired. Car 4633 was donated to the Halton County Radial Railway in 1982, but eventually stripped for parts and scrapped in 1996. Cars 4631 and 4668 were converted for railgrinder service in 1974-75, which included repainting yellow and renumbering as W-30 & W-31 for use as a married pair on the streetcar network. They were retired, and donated to the HCRY in 2002.
