Spotted on Sunday around 4pm HTC 3316 being road tested by a maintenance person around the yard a few times making hard brake applications. Then a few mins later out on a road tested westbound on Westminster Hwy. I'm sure it will be making an appearance back at PCTC in the next day or 2?
