are all the 1200 series hybrids been rebuilt yet with the exception of 1256, 1295, 1300 (retired) or is there a few thats not rebuilt

There is 1208, 1212, 1215, 1312, 1323, 1327, 1332, 1360, 1367, 1368,1362, 1385, 1389, and 1417, which is 14 more.

Are there any pre-Rebuilt 1200-1423 Buses still on the road or are all at Hillcrest?

You forgot about 1367, and I believe that all pre-rebuilds are being repainted right now.

Nvm, 1337 was on 119, 1360 was on 41, and one more I believe it was 1332.

16 actually. #1275 (new paint) and #1279 (old paint) were rebuilt.

That's a bit of a daft question. The buses being rebuilt are being done so in a random order (presumably the worst buses were cycled through the program first) - being part of the same series, they will repaint 8100-8109 and 8190-8199 when their turn for rebuild comes up. I assure you they will look remarkably similar to the rest of the rebuilt 8100s.

I say the rebuilt is based on the condition of the vehicle rather than following a sequence.  it is like how the Orion 7 are being retired.  They are retired based on 1) how severe the accident damage 2) MTO sticker expiration date 3) the cost for repair.

Odd how both rebuilds are sitting beside retiring units, rather than new buses in that role.
