3400 has taken a trip to Eglinton on it’s around the city barrier tour

7000 & 7026 are at Egl along with 3400

I guess neither of them are going to revenue service at least just yet since the operators and mechanics of New Eglinton have lack the experience to operate and maintain a hybrid bus unless they are trained with the Cummins engines (diesel) and the BAE systems (electric).

The LFS Hybrid iterations of the 70xxs at New Eglinton is interesting. I guess those evoke the memories of the 70xx-series Orion V iterations when that garage first opened before they left after the first gen diesel VIIs arrived.

Slow your roll, they're only there to showcase different types of barriers from each bus mentioned to operators at every division. The operators who've seen these will provide feedback by a survey on which spec is the best and hopefully the most voted one will trickle down to the existing LFS fleet or future LFS orders...

Damn they can’t keep them Nova free.

Novas are like flies that you can't get rid of.

I can't wait till they're all gone. I can't think of a worse bus TTC has ordered. Even the Orion 6 had better ride quality.

Most likely this will push out the 2nd gen hybrids, and or retire them.

But I also wonder if the 6600s might push some flyers to Queensway. There was rumors Queensway might get hybrids.

Interesting maybe the XDE40s will be the replacement for the 8100s and 8300s when they retire. Having Flyers at Queensway again will definitely give me goosebumps especially with some of the units having the same fleet numbers as the D40LFs.

I didn’t want Queensway to become a 100% Nova division post Orions.

I should start whining that I didn't get a picture of 6628 on an Eglinton route. I missed my chance when I saw it fly by on the 11 Bayview the other day. Now they'll show up on the 945 a month later.

Just stop talking. We’re all so fed up.

Don't engage with the troll.

3/4 of those buses only entered service 4-5 days ago and might not even have bedbugs yet! If anyone is so jilted that they dismiss those as hand me downs purely for not entering service out of the garage they moved to less than a week later, they are not debating in good faith.

3183, 3305, 3314, 3328 (the LFS diesels still at Malvern) have been used as training buses for the past couple of weeks

Looks like they'll be at Arrow by next board period. If Malvern is already restricting them to training.

6625 & 6626 are at Wilson. They are there for personnel to inspect them as they might be receiving some of those buses. They are also slated to receive XE40 NGs as well. Take this information by a grain of salt as this could change.
