I may be oblivious to the others in the rolling stock, but I have known some of the Xcelsior pdi team from previous years at TTC. To my knowledge, they have been fairly thorough with the XDE40 rollout I recent seen one of the 85xx nova having the same front sign glitch. Is TTC putting blue LEDs in upond delivery? Correct. Due to a release by Transport Canada, the blue lights were deemed an issue (I don’t recall the specific wording), and could cause a distraction. So for the sake of delivering the buses, New Flyer has the buses driven with the lights off (installed, but unplugged).
