Canadian National Posted September 4, 2009 Author Report Share Posted September 4, 2009 it seems the 86 is becomming a regular for atleast one 50XX bus so ill be keeping my eye out everyday lol 5008 was seen in the Ottawa Sun newspaper on the wed Sept. 2 2009 Nothing is becoming regular for Hybrids. They just pop on whatever routes, just like the Inveros, LFS and VIs. Only routes that I know of that are assigned for Hybrids are Route 5, 14, 16, 18 and 123. Cre47 Posted September 5, 2009 Report Share Posted September 5, 2009 A wack load of hybrid spottings today - cannot remember all exactly Tonight (9:30 PM) 5010 on route 14 5016 on route 4 There were also hybrids on eastbound 18 at Elgin and Queen and another on eastbound route 9 (but could be 5029 as earlier today) Today 5029 on route 9 5023 I think on route 7 (not sure) 5008 or 5009 on route 5 5005 on route 14 5020 (I think) on route 87 Think also saw 5011, 5017 (probably the 7) and 5031 (probably the 1, since I saw at least one hybrid on route 1 today) There was also an hybrid on route 86 today (might have been 5010 or another not sure) Overall I think I saw at least 15 hybrids today (although some probably more then once) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They are 5042, 5044, 5055, 5056, 5059. He also later texted me about 5047, 5050, and 5051. Judging by the time of these messages, this is probably around Brockville. No licence plates. I spotted 5035 heading east on Highway 7 in Kaladar on Saturday afternoon, about 160 km west of Ottawa. Interestingly, the bus was signed "5 BILLINGS BRIDGE".
