This north-south express bus route runs between Everett Station and Northgate Station via Lynnwood.
This service combined off-peak service on route 510 and route 511 to improve service along the route.
On Sunday nights, two trips start from Downtown Seattle at 4th Avenue & Jackson Street and route via 4th Ave, Olive Way, Interstate 5, 1st Avenue NE, and Northgate Station to regular routing.

- October 2021 - Northgate Link Light Rail Extension: Southern terminus truncated at Northgate Station aside from two Sunday night trips, stops at NE 145th Street removed.
- March 20, 2023 - Peak hour, peak direction service introduced to cover deleted route 511, weekday service reduced from every 10 minutes to every 15 minutes.
